What We Handle
Remodels run smoothest when the plumber shows up on time, leaves on time, and leaves the next trade with everything they need. We coordinate with your GC or work directly with you as the homeowner — your call.
Working on a kitchen too? See our new construction & remodel page.
The plumbing decisions you make at rough-in are the ones you live with for 20 years. Get it walked by a licensed plumber before demo starts.

Homeowner Info & Tips
Before tearing out tile, get a plumber to look at what’s behind it. Older Tulsa homes often have galvanized supply lines that should be replaced while the walls are open — doing it after re-tile is twice the cost. Same with vent stacks and drain slopes: easier to fix in rough-in than to chase later. We do a walk-through before demo and tell you what’s worth doing now.
Most remodels run in three plumbing phases: rough-in (drains, supply lines, valves in the wall) before drywall, top-out (final pressure test, drywall inspection) after drywall, and trim (toilet, faucets, shower trim, dishwasher hookup) after tile and countertops. We schedule each phase against your other trades so nobody’s blocked.
Plumbing costs for a bathroom remodel in Tulsa vary depending on scope — fixture swaps cost less than jobs that move plumbing to new locations. Moving a toilet or shower drain requires cutting into the slab.
Yes. Having a plumber assess your existing plumbing before the remodel helps identify potential issues like outdated pipes, incorrect venting, or drainage problems that could derail your project mid-renovation.
